Bridging the Gap Between Early Intervention and Lifelong Health
With nearly 30 years of experience in the dental field, I’ve seen what’s possible when we intervene early—and what happens when we don’t. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help both healthcare professionals and parents understand the vital role oral growth and development plays from day one.
As a Board Certified Orofacial Myologist, International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, and Registered Dental Hygienist, I specialize in helping practices and families navigate oral challenges before they become lifelong issues.

My Why
Too often, children slip through the cracks because no one taught us what to look for—or when. From airway restrictions to feeding difficulties, speech delays, and behavioral concerns, the root of the issue often starts where no one is looking: the mouth.
I’ve been that mom. I’ve been that clinician. And I’ve been in the dental chair wondering what more I could do to help.
I now partner with practices and families across the country to make the invisible visible, empowering care teams to intervene earlier and parents to advocate with clarity and confidence.
For Professionals
I help pediatric and airway-centric dental practices implement comprehensive screening and treatment systems focused on early oral development.
From frenectomy protocols to in-office coaching and staff training, I bring clarity and structure to the care you’re already passionate about delivering.
For Parents
If you’re navigating a possible oral tie, feeding issue, or sleep concern with your child, I offer self-paced courses, coaching programs, and resources to help you get answers and peace of mind.
My mission is personal—I’ve been in your shoes, and I’m here to help you avoid the confusion and overwhelm I once felt with my own children.

My Approach
I believe in…
- Connection over confusion – whether you’re a provider or parent, I meet you where you are.
- Clarity over overwhelm – I break down complex topics into actionable next steps.
- Confidence over guessing – because every child deserves a team that knows what to do and why.
Why I Do This Work
Â
My passion for early intervention is deeply personal.
As a mom of three, I faced firsthand the struggles so many parents silently endure. My oldest was born prematurely and struggled to breastfeed, later developing reflux that was treated with a medication now recalled for safety concerns.
My middle child was diagnosed with ADD and displayed signs of poor oral development, just like his older sibling—both were open-mouth breathers with gummy smiles.
Then came our daughter: a chronic thumb sucker and terrible sleeper whose high palate and compromised bite became the final push.
I knew there had to be a better way. That experience lit a fire in me to bridge the gap for both parents and practitioners—so fewer children would suffer and more families would feel empowered.
My work today is a reflection of this mission: proactive, compassionate, and rooted in lived experience.
